RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & EVENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing or accepting a ticket to Bulls on Fourth, I acknowledge that rodeos and domestic animal activities involve inherent risks, including unpredictable animal behavior, bucking, kicking, running, collisions, surface conditions, equipment, crowds, and other hazards that may result in serious bodily injury or death.
WARNING — KANSAS DOMESTIC ANIMAL ACTIVITY LAW
Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in domestic animal activities resulting from the inherent risks of domestic animal activities, pursuant to K.S.A. 60-4001 through 60-4004. You are assuming the risk of participating in this domestic animal activity.
I voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending or participating in Bulls on Fourth and agree to follow all posted rules, barriers, restricted-area designations, and instructions from event personnel.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, I release and hold harmless Sherwood Family Productions, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, stock contractors, property owners, and affiliated parties from claims arising from the inherent risks of the event or my voluntary participation, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.
I understand that spectators must remain within designated spectator areas and may not enter the arena, chutes, livestock holding areas, contestant areas, or other restricted areas.
